Goal and tasks

The primary purpose is to publish and disseminate the results of fundamental and applied scientific research to advance information technologies.

To achieve this purpose, the scientific journal pursues the following objectives: 

ensuring access for the scientific community to new knowledge, theories, and experimental data; creating opportunities for discussion and critical evaluation of results by fellow researchers; conducting expert review (peer review) of manuscripts to select the most significant works; providing a platform for publications required for obtaining academic degrees and academic titles; meeting the needs of specialists, institutions, and the state for relevant scientific and technical information.
